"Total Relief" Maintenance Packages
Just because we want you to be empowered and educated in back-end content management, doesn't mean you have to be the one to execute all the day-to-day management. For clients who don't have the in-house time, team or desire to execute updates and changes to the web site, or who just want that extra little bit of insurance that there will always be someone to turn to for help and a quick fix, Archer Web Solutions offers web site maintenance services, including:
- Textual edits and content updates (graphic or text content provided by client)
- Management of media assets (e.g. podcasts, digital downloads, videos) provided by client
- Creation of additional templated content pages with links to menus and shopping cart
- Updates to forms, shopping cart and other installed plug-ins
- Review of base system software and associated plug-ins for upgrades and application of upgrades as needed.
Archer Web Solutions offers two different kinds of maintenance packages: a la carte and monthly. You call or email us with your list of changes or updates, and our team takes care of the details. It really is "total relief" for the technically challenged!
